I have used this for several years. Every night on my lower spine where the nerve is pinched. And the nerve pain in my feet is much reduced. It really works! I have used different brands, but this one works as well as any.

Sometimes it's creamy smooth. Sometimes it feels like it's been cut with corn meal.
I've tried double boiling it to take the grains out, and it works, but it's not as creamy smooth as it is when it comes in the jar smooth.
That said, it does the job no matter whether it's grainy, or creamy.
